Esther M. Williams, MSW, LCSW founded LifeWorks Wellness. LLC., a small private Group Practice 9years ago, specializing in family counseling and executive management She is a professional Behavioral Healthcare Practitioner/Consultant focusing on program development and project management. She provides professional ongoing CQI and Risk Managent services, clinical evaluation and treatment services for adults, families and children. Ms. Williams has over 25 years of clinical practice in the Behavioral Healthcare industry working as a Program Manager for inpatient and outpatient community-based agencies in Georgia and Philadelphia, PA. Some of her work experience includes Thomas Jefferson Hospital, – Philadelphia, PA. Georgia Reginal Hospital- Atlanta, DeKalb Community Service Board, and Atlanta Medical Center. As a State Behavioral Health Care provider Ms. Williams has years of experience working persons in the private and public sector. She is an approved Provider with the Georgia Department of Community Health Allied health services. Ms. Williams has an extensive background with providing emergency mental health evaluations and Behavioral Health Outpatient treatment services. She is a certified CISM- Critical Incident Debriefing specialist and Emergency Clinical Managent expert. Ms. Williams is credentialed as an EAP- Employee Assistance Professional working with employees affiliated with HR Corporations.
Ms. Williams is a native of Atlanta GA. Ms. Williams is a Board Certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker for the State of Georgia. She received her BA in Psychology, from Spelman College, Master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy and Practice and Post graduate Clinical Supervision Certification from Clark Atlanta University.
Her professional memberships include; EAPA- Georgia Chapter of Employee Assistance Professionals NASW- The National Association of Social Workers, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc, The Atlanta Urban League. Task Force for the Homeless Subcommittee Council and collaborations with “Year Up- Atlanta” and The Hispanic Health Coalition of Georgia.
